Women’s Self Defense class at Marist School

Thank you to @maristschool for having me and @ejkjrbjj out to do a women’s self defense seminar for their students in October and yesterday. It was a great time and a pleasure to help these young ladies as they will soon start they’re new journey by going off to college. 🙏🏻💥
