The people have asked so let's add it!! TBF (Total Body Fitness) class will be ADDED every Saturday morning at 11am, right after our Fitness Kickboxing class!! It will start this Saturday 04/21/2018. This is an awesome class that is 30 minutes long of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). BUT you work at your own pace so ANYBODY can do this class. We have professional athletes to individuals who have never worked out before all participating in this class together. It is designed so that any and everybody can do this and get a GREAT workout!! Let's DO THIS, this Saturday at 11AM!! See you there.. Bring your sneakers on nice sunny days as we will be in our fitness park. 😎😎
