Shawn Williams will be coming through Atlanta and will be putting on a seminar Saturday September 17th from 11-1pm at Creighton MMA & Fitness Academy. Shawn will be focusing on foot and leg lock attacks and finishes. Shawn is referred to by many as an encyclopedia of knowledge when it comes to BJJ. He trained directly under Renzo Gracie and received his black belt from Renzo. Shawn trained and taught at the Renzo Gracie academy for many years before relocating to Los Angeles CA where he now owns and operates his own BJJ academy "5 Star Martial Arts". Foot and leg lock attacks I feel are on a rise especially now with the many submission only tournaments becoming more available to compete in.
