New Track, Summer Camp, Birthday Parties!!!

If you haven’t heard, we are very excited about our new outdoor track located behind the rear parking lot! Members are always welcome to come and run the track as a warm-up before class or while your family member is participating in a class. Already a lucky few participants in our TOTAL BODY FITNESS classes have had the grueling pleasure of sprinting the straight-aways and doing various exercises at the corners! We hope all members of the CREIGHTON FAMILY can and will use this new and awesome resource!
Our CMMA SUMMERCAMP has started and is going strong! The kids are having a great time with Mr Scooter and Mr T! The SUMMERCAMP will go from now until July 26th. Each session consists of sessions on Monday and Wednesday and Friday, from 9am-1pm (not including drop-off/pick-up times of 8:30-9am and 1-1:30pm). All kids who are willing to listen and smile all day are welcomed to come and participate, regardless of rank or experience!
Even though the campers get nearly an entire months worth of training when coming to SUMMERCAMP, we still manage to keep the energy level high, and the fun-ness level even higher! Rock climbing, BJJ, MMA, games, relay races, fitness classes, wrestling, Judo, boxing and all other silliness comes free of charge! The campers even get to act as FITNESS and BJJ/MMA instructors when the Adrenaline Summercamp joins us for large group activities. And, of course, regular members of CMMA KIDS CLASSES receive class credit for training with us at camp.
CMMA is excited to announce……….BIRTHDAY PARTIES! Yepp. That’s right. Your computer screen is not broken. CMMA will begin hosting kids birthday parties starting in just a few weeks (kid, NOT adult, sorry Johhny and/or Big John). These parties will be 2 hours in length and will be completely organized and coordinated by our instructors. This will include a customized birthday cake, activities and games on our mat space/track, and on top of all that awesomeness, all of the kids will get a take-home party favor…… Stay tuned with us for further updates and details!
