Congratulations Jim Terry!!! This week Jim has completed just over 1000 workouts within 8 years of doing fitness private lessons with me. This averages 125 sessions a year. Jim always sets a goal and does what it takes to reach that goal. He has had MANY obstacles to overcome each year but has always found a way to train and get his goal number. He has had to fight against open heart surgery, a very tough cancer surgery and treatments, surgery for a new hip and surgery on his knee. All set backs that he reorganized his initial plan and created a plan B to reach his goal. Very inspirational and we are all very proud of you Jim. All goals will have obstacles, when your faced with obstacles redesign your game plan and continue forward...
