A HUGE congratulations to Jim Terry who does personal sessions for strength & conditioning with me and set a goal to do 125 workout sessions in 2015. He accomplished this goal today. He is a VERY busy man, but puts his fitness and personal health a priority in his life and makes it happen no matter how hectic or busy he gets. Creating goals and making it a reality!!! Very proud of you Jim... Slow and Steady and keeping it consistent, a key to success.
