Hydrostatic Body Fat Testing at Creighton MMA

On November 10th we will be having the mobile hydrostatic body fat truck coming to our academy between the hours of 5pm-7pm to perform a body fat analysis on members. This is a great test and the most accurate way to see where you are in terms of body fat/lean body mass. This is a great starting point if you are looking to really get your nutrition and fitness routine on point. We will have them coming back in approx. 4 months.
