Hydrostatic Body Fat Testing at CMMA

Last day to sign up for the underwater body fat test tomorrow at Creighton MMA & Fitness Academy. The time is from 4-7pm tomorrow (Thursday 9/27) and the cost is $35. This is the most accurate way to test body fat percentages. Scan the bar code on this flyer and sign up in an open slot to secure your space. It only takes approximately 5 minutes to test. :0)
