DON'T FORGET!!! Thursday November 7th, from 4pm to 7pm we will have a big'ole'truck come to visit us, and test ANYONE who cares to get the most accurate type of body fat testing available. The analysis will include a customized 4 page report, which will include, but is NOT limited to the following: outlining your body fat and lean mass percentages, your Basal Metabolic Rate and a personal calorie expenditure chart (see image for official flyer).
This test is available at a fraction of the cost of a comparable University conducted test. The cost is $25 cash, and the sign-up sheet is available at the front desk of the academy. If you are unable to come into the academy before November 7th, please feel free to give us a call at 770-271-5292.
