Creighton MMA traveled to Martinsville, Virginia this past weekend to compete in the Virginia Cagefighting Championships. It was a great night of fights!! First up was David Toranzo fighting for the 145 pound title belt. He was obviously up against a very tough opponent in this title fight. After a 3 round back and forth battle, David lost a decision to a very game opponent, Kyle Martin.
Next up was Scott Adams fighting for the 185 pound title against a very well rounded champion in David Collins out of North Carolina. Scott looked great in all areas of the bout and after a great stand up display he took Collins down and secured a very tight guillotine in the first round to capture the 185 pound title.
