HUGE congratulations to Teagan Frampton on earning her blue belt tonight in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu!!
Teagan began training when she was just 5 years old and never stopped! She worked her way all the way to our highest junior rank, the blue/yellow Belt, which is a huge accomplishment in itself.
Tonight, her entire family was here to watch her receive her first rank in the adult program — her blue belt
