NEW Takedown classes added to Creighton MMA & Fitness Schedule

We will be starting NEW takedown only classes beginning Monday January 11th at 5:45pm. We are first going to do a month trial basis to see if the interest is still there and the time works for everyone. These classes will meet every Monday (wrestling takedowns/no gi) and Wednesday (judo Takedowns with the gi). We will focus on set-ups and finishes for wrestling and Judo takedowns. I have had requests for this class for many years, and we will now be looking to include this if the interest is there.
