I'm Still Here
Sorry for the lack of updates, it has been crazy lately but I'll get back in the swing of things.
I know a few of yall went to the Lutador this past weekend. I don't know the results but they are usually pretty good about posting them. I do know T Driskell got a silver, but that is all I know. Here is another article about the event from GracieMag.
I didn't get to go because I was in California for school but I did get a chance to train with Professor Shawn Williams out there. If you are ever in the LA area, do not miss out on this opportunity. He is an awesome guy and teacher. Very similar style to Professor Paul.
There is a UFC card on Sunday live on Versus. This is a mix up from the regular, so make sure you don't miss it. Full card and details here.
NAGA And Such
I know that several of yall went to NAGA this past weekend. While I was unable to make it, Pooh Bear and Professor Paul were sending me updates. I know there were several podium appearances and a Gatorade move was performed, but I don't know everything. There is a thread on our forum for yall to post the results you know about. Go here to let everyone know how the tournament was.
Congrats to the Sandt brothers on getting their blue belts last night. Both Bob and Bird have been training with us for nearly a year now and have improved dramatically. Already being gifted martial artists when they started training with us, they have picked up the ground game rather quickly and they have even gotten their father involved in the art. Congrats to both of them!
