Our 50 minute total body fitness classes are designed to give you a complete strength training workout that will keep your heart rate at a fat burning state throughout your entire session.
We have four different intensity levels that you can choose from while completing your workout session. Having these four levels of intensity, beginner, intermediate, advanced and pro, forces you to get a great overall workout no matter what your current fitness level is.
