Underwater Body Fat Testing at CMMA

We have Southeastern Body Fat Testing coming to Creighton MMA & Fitness Academy on Thursday September 27th from 4pm - 7pm. To schedule your testing please scan the barcode on this flyer and it should bring you to the sign up page. The testing only takes approx. 5 minutes. This is a great way to see the results you have been making or to use as a starting point to begin a nutrition, weight training and cardio training routine.
